Writing a character who swears they don’t care but then spends 40 minutes making sure their friend gets home safe… That’s the good stuff.
Worldbuilding is fun until you realize you’ve just spent three hours researching 1940/50s wallpaper patterns.
I like my villains dramatic. Cape-swirling, knife-smiling, poetic monologuing dramatic.
