What is something you lately achieved in your fandom projects? What is something you are proud of? One thing you got done? One thing you didn't think you could do, but started? A little thingy you enjoyed. Something new you discovered. No matter what.
Every small step matters, every smile matters.
Celebrate every win.
Or let your Tav speak and let them talk about their victories.
Tell us about (or show) your win in your creativity or enjoyment in playing BG3 this week. Because what you do matters, and you never know who might need to read it today, so pass on the positivity and be proud of yourself.

You know the deal: I will reblog on my mainblog @judasiskariot , tag your friends, have fun, tag me as the OG creator, and link to the original post here!
Me, yesterday evening, about to go to bed: Oh wow, I’ve made so much progress on my WIP today! I think I’m gonna have it finished till Monday! Wohoooo! I LOVE this story! 😍 😍
My brain: Hey. Want a spontaneous flash of inspiration that would make the story even better? 😏 😏
My brain: ...you’d have to change 2 big scenes for it to work out, though.
My brain: So, basically you have to make changes to everything you’ve written yesterday and today. Will only take you about... maybe another two days? Three? Pffff, it’s a cinch!
My brain: And also you are the only person who will ever notice the improvement, because nobody else is ever getting to read the first draft, obviously.
My brain: But trust me, it will be SO worth it.
Me:...
Me: COUNT ME IN!!!!! 🤩🤩🥳💃
...and that, Ladies and Gentlemen, is how I roll - or more especially, how I write 🙈
But! I already spent the morning enthusiastically re-writing and I know you have to just trust me on this, but let me tell ya - it will REALLY be worth it. 😁
Can’t wait to share it with you ❤️ (soon-ish)
Being a fic writer is fucking exhausting. You feel bad when you are not able to write and then you feel anxious when you write more words than you expected because it means you're about to get real exhausted and then your creative juices will stop flowing and you'll develop a block and it's all your fault because you can't seem to be one of those normal people who do everything in a limit. It's either 4k words a day or a blank word document for months. There's no fucking in between.
*me*
I haven't written in a while... I should do that...

Finishing a story
I uploaded a new chapter for my COD Gidchell fanfic at the AO3 today and noticed I have been writing on that monster for more than five years.
Five. Years.
Not only am I the slowest writer the fanfic-universe has ever seen but I‘m also very bad at ending things. The story is finally coming to a close and I‘m finding it hard to let go.
I‘ve been working on this so long, it‘s kind of become a part of my life. I‘ve come to love the characters. It‘s hard to say goodbye to them, to conclude their arcs.
Am I the only one who find’s finishing stories this hard? Every time I finish something, it makes me sad. I know it‘s only fictional characters but it feels like friends moving to another country or something.
Sigh. I‘m a weirdo.
Forgotten how hard it is to write smutty parts of fan fiction 🤦♀️
Sometimes being a writer means you have to look up ‘how to develop a character’ in wiki how
And thats okay
