You two had decided to spend the night walking around the park. Since it was late in the evening, the playground was empty. Most of the location was empty except a few vendors, couples, and night joggers. You grabbed his hand and asked him to push you on the swing. While he was gone, an average looking guy approached you. He asked why you were alone and then ignored your reply. Said that he could take better care of your needs than anyone else. It was Valentine’s Day, so I woke up early to prepare your gift for Jin. I had waited until he was fast asleep last night to turn off his alarms. It was his turn to sleep in and mine to cook.

The other boys knew all about my plan and were on Jin watch. If he tried to go anywhere near the kitchen before I was ready, they had to distract him.

V was the only other helping me make a breakfast worth waking up for. Someone had snuck some chocolate chips overnight and a few other things, but I could make do without a few of them. Taehyung chopped the tops off of strawberries after washing them and placed them in a white bowl.

I sprinkled chocolate chips into the waffle maker and then put the homemade blueberry syrup into a bottle. We checked and double checked the instructions on the tablet for whatever we were doing.

After I checked the chocolate chip waffle on the counter, I told Tae to start setting the table. Placing the last waffle on a plate, I set it on the table and made sure everything was as I wanted.

Surprisingly, Jin was still asleep. It wasn’t until I entered that he stirred and woke up with a start. “Did I wake up late?”

“Yep. It’s because of me. I turned off your early alarm because I have a surprise for you. Brush your teeth, and I’ll be i the kitchen. Keep your pajamas on.”

The other boys were sitting at the table. I smacked Yoongi’s hand which was reaching for a delicious smelling topping and gave him a look. He put his hands up in mock surrender. I was nervous since cooking was a big deal in my family and in this one. This was not something I wanted to have messed up.

I shook my head. “Nope, but we’re ordering pizza for lunch because someone ate the fixings for the sandwiches I was gonna make in the middle of the night.”

“Jungkook!” The others scolded him.

Jin put his hand around your waist and kissed my cheek, “You’re so thoughtful, jagi. I hope you like what I got you.” He brought out a bag from behind his back.

Looking inside, it was the ring I wanted with a Jin plushie that talked when I pressed its hand. I giggled and kissed him. “Thank you so much, Jin.”

Then it was time for a Special Run episode where I was not supposed to be seen. I could watch from the side, though. They were dressed up in cutesy outfits and heart shaped antennae.

A few of the youngers got face paint. They looked so nice that you had to get some pictures of them in super masculine poses. Jin got a heart painted on his hands for a shot of his Flying Kiss, Valentine’s version.

There was a partner dance off, and they were gonna have someone sit out. Then Jin grabbed my hand since I was dressed up anyways. We danced together, and no one wanted to tell him no. They’d probably do something in editing, call me a staff member or something.

It was fun, though. We ended up winning because of our adorableness. After taping the episode, the boys had time to nap before someone had to stream. It was Suga’s day.

The rest of us ordered the promised pizza and would tell him when it arrived. We got a discount for the holiday since it was for a couple.

Jin and I sat all cutesy on the sofa as he played with my hair, “I wish we could go public already.”

I smiled up at him, “Me too, but we’re gonna do it soon. In the next three months is what we were promised.”

He shook his head, “Nope, nope. You’re already making most of the food for today, and you paid for the pizza. That’s a lot of pizza. Let me do this for you.”

I kissed him, “You’re too sweet.”

A loud gasp was heard from one of the boys.

Jimin said, “They’re shaped like hearts!”

“Jin, (Y/N), come look!” V called.

The pizza and the toppings were arraigned in a heart shape. Even the pepperoni was heart shaped.

J-Hope grabbed and slice and took a bite, “It tastes like love.”

We laughed and put in a movie. Some of the boys went to go practice after eating. Suga took a nap. RM went to write music, leaving me alone with Jin. He kissed my lips.

“What do you wanna do now?” I asked.

“Just hold you.” He replied and hugged me tight. I got a huge smile on my face and he did a rapid attack of kisses on my cheek. “And kiss you.”

Soon, the afternoon faded into night and I made dinner. It was mac and cheese with noodles instead of elbow pasta. The sauce was thick and creamy. Most of the boys took a big wiff of it as they sat down to eat.

I wouldn’t let them eat in their rooms or eat late. They’d be tired and hungry after working so much, so I made a lot of it. The ones who had done dance practice were done so quickly and asked for seconds.

“Your partner is treating us so much today, Jin.” Jungkook said.

RM agreed, “We’re gonna get nice and fat from this delicious food!”

“That must mean you’ll look better fat.”

I smacked his shoulder, “I’m not trying to make you fat, just full. You’ll work it all off by tomorrow afternoon, anyways.”

They all laughed. When it came to lights out, Jin took me home first. There was a gigantic bear with a raincoat on waiting outside my door. It was Jin’s last gift of the night.

“Jagi,” He said. “This has been one of the best holidays I’ve ever had. I don’t think I can remember a time after middle school that I’ve been this happy. I just want to spoil you so much. This really has been a very happy Valentine’s Day, and it’s all because of you.”

“You’re way too nice, aein. You gave me so much today, and all I did was cook. I wish I could’ve done more, given you more because of everything.” It was hard to find the words as I choked up. “Everything you’ve given to me.”

Jin shook his head, “Your gift was so thoughtful. I just bought things I thought you’d like. You’re so great, nae sarang.” He kissed my forehead. “Now get some rest. Don’t eat all that chocolate in one day.”

I giggled, “No promises.” I moved his mask down for a quick smooch.

He only let go of my hand when he had walked too far away to hold it anymore. At the gate, I told him to text me when he got home. In return, he gave me a flying kiss, just for me. I caught it and held it to my heart.

Training: Day 9- Results

You started to open the frosting and then stopped. Everyone's eyes were on Yoongi. They must've wanted to know already as well. Even the video game was paused.

Yoongi noticed the stillness. You couldn't help staring at him too. He look around.

“What?” He asked with food in his mouth.

Hobi answered, “Stop being like that. Did she make it or not?”

Yoongi's dark brown eyes looked at you, “Go to your room, (Y/N).”

There was a basket on your bed. The attached note was in Jihye's handwriting. “Open for your results.”

She was a huge comfort and was so patient with me. This girl, (Y/N) is different from many of the others. Most would throw me away seeing me cry, not her. Reminds me of Subject #153 in a lot of ways.

As for the sex aspect, her moans gave me all the feedback I needed. There was a small moment where she wanted to make me hers, and that was a huge turn on for me. I like playing on even ground since it lets me know she sees me as an equal instead of just an idol.

A/N: I think this has to be one of my favorites that I’ve written for this short series of sorts. It’s really cute and brings out that “love” aspect similar to the Namjoon piece I did but a bit more whimsy like the Tae and Yoongi pieces. I hope you feel it too!

Jimin had been called in around 8:30pm to do some vocals for the latest song. It was pretty cold this evening, so he put on one of his fluffiest white sweaters. The sleeves covered his hands a bit which he liked. Blue skinny jeans, sneakers, and earrings. Good to go.

He was dropped off and walked into the large building. The receptionist told him what floor he was needed on and he thanked her.

"Sure. Whatever." She replied. Okay...

Ignoring her rude behavior, he pressed the button and waited for the elevator to arrive. Ding! He stepped inside, pressed the 5th button, and hummed, warming up his vocals as the door started to close.

"Hold the elevator, please!" He saw a young woman running in heels.

They made his favorite sound, but also knew the struggle. He quickly pushed the button to keep the doors open. As she entered, Jimin greeted her with a smile.

"Thank you," She said, catching her breath.

"What floor?" He asked.

She answered with her eyes closed, "Fourth, please." and leaned against the wall and closed her eyes, trying to relax.

Jimin couldn't help but notice how attractive this woman was in her suit. Although it was a bit large on her, it flattered her thick legs rather nicely. Not only that, but the knit in her brow while she mumbled about having to wipe her perspiration off in the bathroom once she got on her floor was adorable.

Her hair was pulled back with a single band. Why couldn’t he stop staring at her lips? In her heels, she was taller than him. Without her heels, probably still true. Staring while she collected herself. There was something about her that just drew his eyes towards her. As far as he could tell, it wasn’t physical.

He only stopped gawking when the elevator jolted to a halt.

“Are you fucking kidding me?” She whispered.

He pushed the emergency speaker button and waited for a response.

A high-pitched voice came through with false kindness, “Hi, yes, hello. Your carriage is experiencing some technical difficulties. The maintenance crew left a while ago, so it will take them a while to return. They are currently on their way. Any questions?”

[Switch to second person POV]

“Um,” you said when the boy spoke while pressing the communication button.

“How long will it take for them to get here?” That had been your question too.

“...Two hours. What is your name? Do you have meeting to get to?”

“I’m Park Jimin. I was called in to record vocals. Studio 510. Please let them know I’ll be late.”

Park Jimin? That was a name and face you knew very well. Glancing at him now, you knew it really was him. You hadn’t gotten a good look at him since you were in such a rush.

“Alright, anyone else?”

He looked at you as you walked over and pressed the button, “Yes, I am am (Y/w/N). I was here for an interview being held on the fourth floor for personal assistants. Tell them...” You checked your phone.

It would be over in an hour.

“Tell them I won’t be able to make it.”

“Will do. Please be patient. You are currently between the second and third floors. Thank you for your time.”

You sighed, super frustrated. You wanted to punch something. You wanted to scream. You didn’t as a famous stranger was right there. Instead, you just took off your heels and sat with your knees pulled in, setting down your bag full of files and job things next to you. They weren’t worth anything now.

It was just so much. Embarrassing. You hid your face in your arms. Tears started to fall and you sobbed quietly as to not bother Jimin. Moving here was a bad idea.

“Mmm, jagiya?”

What did he want with you? It would be rude to ignore him, but you were not in the emotional state to talk right now.

A softness was felt on your shoulders as you heard an equally soft voice say, “Don’t cry, jagiya. We’ll be fine. Don’t worry.”

He sat next to you. You were too embarrassed to look at him, so you kept your head down while reaching for your bag.

Then you suddenly raised your head, “J-jagiya? You just--”

He giggled. You noticed his sweater was off him and on your shoulders. He had been wearing a striped green and white t-shirt on underneath it. Just by looking at the pullover, you could tell it was worth more than your whole family. Jimin used a sleeve to wipe your face. Your makeup smeared all over its snow-like surface.

“Jimin?” You turned the sleeve so that he could see the foundation and black eyeliner and mascara coating it.

That sweater cost most than your soul and it had been ruined by your makeup. You had also just fished out a pack of tissues from your bag.

At the sight of the tissues, Jimin started to laugh, “Oh, I should have thought of that first. Now I’m gonna get scolded for getting it dirty.”

You started to laugh too. The sweater was the least of your worries. Compared to everything else, it seemed so tiny which was hilarious to you.

“Your laugh is so nice! Want to tell me why you were crying instead?”

Within the next couple of minutes, he knew your life story. Leaving home to another country with no promise of a job and a struggle to get one. He was such a comfort.

“You came here to be a personal assistant, right?”

“Yeah. I’m not gonna make the interview though. Ah!” You took the band out of your hair. “If I keep it up for too long, I get a headache.” You pulled at it to make sure it was all in place.

He smiled at you, “Then be mine. I’d love to have you around.”

“Me? Really?”

“Yes. You make me feel so warm and happy inside. Even when you were just running into the elevator, there was just something that made me want to be near you forever. It’s silly.”

You smiled gently, “Even if it is a bit silly sounding, it’s fine. I guess we could at least try working together.”

He made a face, “Ah, but I like you more than just a work partner.”

“Explain it to me? I mean, we have nowhere else to go right now.”

“Well, it feels like love.” Jimin started.

That’s how he started? Maybe being stuck in an elevator wouldn’t be so bad after all.
