Finding herself on Earth 38 again because until she found her own parents she was constantly finding herself here, despite she was the daughter of another Kara and Jake she offered up to help them whenever they needed it but when she came out of the breach she looked around, this was National City but it looked very different not entirely different but it had definitely changed since the last time she was here. Not paying attention to where she was going she turned around only to run smack into someone knocking them both to the ground. Her necklace which held a charm with the House Of El insignia fell to ground but Jasmine was too busy rubbing her head. When she finally opened her eyes she noticed someone else on the ground as well.

“I am so sorry about that, I should’ve been paying attention to what I was doing, hope I didn’t hurt you” Still not noticing that she had dropped her necklace she picked up something that looked familiar and must belong to the girl she slammed into. If she didn’t know any better that was the L-Corp logo and even stranger was it said Luthor-Danvers. 

“I think you dropped this” Jasmine said after she came back to reality.

They’d been seeing each other for a few weeks now burning up the Paris nightlife scene. Richard had fallen fast something he was even surprised about but he didn’t exactly mind it. As richard took off his dress shoes he couldn’t help but notice Klair out on the balcony taking in the view of the Eifel tower.

“You know you can always stay the night and see how it looks at sunrise.” Richard said as he walked up behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist. His head lightly resting on one of her shoulders.

the blonde toddler had been staring out of the floor to roof windows of her grandparents home amazed by the skimmers flying by and the city below, the sun setting in the sky caused the youngsters blonde waves to seem almost orange in the bright red hues. she only peered out for a few seconds before bending down and picking up the comforter that had been tangled between her legs.   as she stood straight once again dazzling blues locked on the reflection in the glass. a gasp from the toddlers lips as she pulled the comforter to cover her face as if she was hiding from the woman. slowly peeking from behind the soft pink fabric the smallest of giggles escaping her once again shielding her face.

Alura’s gaze softens, and she reaches out to run cup Klair’s cheek. ‘You know... my time in my pod wasn’t exactly... one of complete unconsciousness. I... I had moments of awareness so... painful that sometimes I thought I might go mad’. She leans in, and rests their foreheads together with a soft sigh. ‘Thinking of you and Kara, and the life we had, the life we could have if I made it... I think it was the only thing that kept me sane’.

She smiles as Klair lays a soft hand on her belly, a smile curving her lips as she feels her baby kick against her stomach. She sighs at Klair’s words, and says quietly, ‘perhaps you’re right. I’ve been thinking about...’ About Kara. It goes unsaid between them, and she sighs heavily. ‘Do you think she’ll... do you think it’ll make things difficult, if it’s a girl?’

   kate would have taken her off the street immediately, if there is one thing kate hates most in this world is seeing a child in distress. and considering it would have been her early years as batwoman, not quite in the batfam clique, kate would take nights off from the beat to teach cassandra however she could; kate being a high achieving student both in school and west point she could give cass a decent education, enough to communicate in military slang and ten codes.

   she would train her, more so to help cassandra feel as though she could control her skills and use them for better. and when she would feel ready, kate would take her out on some patrols as a test run of sorts - similarly to how she trained her cousin bette when she wanted to be flamebird again.

    one of the major changes i can see happening is; cassandra not becoming batgirl in the same time frame. instead kate would probably create a costume for her similar to her own, reflecting how her dad made hers initially, complete with a custom bat symbol - but she wouldn’t call her batgirl. i’m not quite sure what name they’d go with ??? but they would have a strong bond, and kate would gladly pass down the mantle of batwoman over to her once she retires the cape.
