I've got headcanons for the WRL.
The 1st WRL Grand Prix was held in 1893.
Ben Burns won the 43rd annual Grand Prix in 1936 when he was 17 years old.
Speed Racer won the 91st annual Grand Prix in 1984 when he was 19 years old.
Jack Taylor won the 87th Grand Prix in 1980 and won the 90th Grand Prix in 1983.
The Grand Prix marks the end of the WRL racing season.
At the end of the season, the WRL hosts a formal gala. All WRL racers and their families are invited. The guest of honor is that seasons Grand Prix winner.
The WRL Hall of Fame is also a museum and commemorates those who've made WRL history. The museum includes, race car drivers, engineers, track designers, and carchitects.
Hall of Famers include Velocity DeWitt and Ben Burns.
