I was given adorable fuzzy cat slippers yesterday and @themadmanblogs gave me the softest comforter in existence, so if that’s any indication it will be a very fluffy birthday <3

Everyone around me is either pregnant, married, engaged or a combination of these...

It's official. I have got to the point in my life where I am surrounded by "proper adults". All (not most, literally ALL) of my friends have reached the point in their life where they are what I like to call "becoming proper adults" and even though I know that life isn't a race and everyone does things in their own time, boy is it scary!

Here I am worried about assignments and exams and my friends are talking about kids, mortgages, husbands and all sorts of adult stuff. My last fellow singleton is head over heels in love with her man and I'm here internally going "Hmmmmm am I doing this life thing wrong?"

I don't know what 2019 will bring but I would love some clarity and confidence about the journey I'm on.
