Hishe Fipvum grew up on her father’s merchant ship, travelling the coasts. When she was present, the rides always seemed to be smoother and the crew referred to her as their good luck charm.
The thought got stuck in her head, and she thought that if she had some sway over the weather that she might have some control over others futures.
Hishe moved inland as an adult, but growing up on the docks taught her how to live the roguish lifestyle. She doesn’t care for heavy work, but loves a challenge.
