Hi folks! WinTeam Week moderator Key here!
It’s been a while since I updated the official Tumblr page, and I apologize! Sometimes a person just wants to focus on one social media platform at a time, y’know?
ANYWAY, tomorrow begins the mystical, marvelous, and life-changing series of our time! We’ll at last get our WinTeam back on our screens and in our creative works!
Between Us will air from November 6 to January 29th, and instead of languishing between episodes as we normally would, let's have some Episode Tag Parties instead! Every week, let’s create fanworks based on the latest episode, then share under the event's hashtags!
So if you write a fic inspired by episode one tomorrow, you can tag the post with #WTWT or #WTWTEp1 to keep the organization neat and tidy.
I fully intend to participate at least once a week because I have been a feral beast about these two for nearly three years, and I hope to have some memorable fun with the rest of you, too! \:D/

Sometimes I feel bad that I was able to see Shawn Mendes during his short-lived Wonder tour. I went to the Calgary concert which was show 5 out of the 7 he only did. There are times when I hold back saying I saw Shawn because I don’t want to come of as bragging when that’s totally not my intent. I should consider myself lucky that I was able to see him. It WAS my first concert post-pandemic (huuugggeee step out of my comfort zone for me) and my little brother’s first ever concert.
So many fans no longer get to see him and that sucks and I wish they had to opportunity to see him this tour. When Shawn announced the cancellation of his tour, I had mixed emotions at first. I was happy for him for putting him and his health first and then I felt sad for all the fans who won’t get to see him now.
I know no one thinks this (at least I hope not) but I feel like people only think I’m supportive of Shawn’s decision to not tour right now because I had the chance to see him before everything happened. But that’s just not true. Even if Shawn had decided to cancel the tour before it even started or only played 3 concerts, I’d still be supportive of him. I’d rather see him happy and healthy than struggle through 87 concerts. I mean yeah, I’d be disappointed that I didn’t get to see him, but that wouldn’t have changed my support for him.
My brain just processes things differently and I just feel like people see me as a bragger or better than them because I got to see Shawn and they didn’t. I don’t WANT people to think that and I hope no one actually does…it’s just how my brain works 😢
Not a photo of Shawn…but a photo of me and H in our seats at the concert.
