As per the UDC rules I rolled for Lana's labour rolls and she already had an increased chance as she was a teen but ultimately she rolled a 1, a terrible number at any age for a woman to give birth.

I genuinely sat there for about 10 mins before I unpaused the game and it was tragic to have to kill her off...

My bf who was a massive Lana fan was heartbroken when I had to kill her off. Anytime I send him a screenshot of her he says "my Lana 🥺"
