Did you know that King Hippo isn’t technically a Homo sapiens? He’s from a subspecies of human called Homo sapiens hippopotamus. From my understanding, they evolved separately from the rest of the human species after some amount of time, hence their position as a subspecies. The main difference is that they lack noses and their skin produces their own lubricating, sunscreen-like substance, hence the name hippopotamus!

Was anyone else aware of this subspecies? Because I certainly wasn’t! Maybe I’m just uneducated though, idk.

Imma be real chiefs, the Punch Out Hyperfixation hit me like a boxing glove recently and now here we are! And another confession This circuit is my favorite so far TwT

I decided to draw the punch out Wii boxers as different dog breeds, since my first one were pretty bad and it was a long time ago. So now that I’m an adult and I did some research on different dogs breeds in the world and drew them as breeds of dogs.

Anyway starting off with the minor circuit boxers.

Glass Joe- Papillon

Von Kaiser- German shepherd

Disco kid- golden doodle

King hippo- bulldog

But don’t worry I’ll do doggy little mac and doc Louis sometime.
