John Cena Gives Jon Stewart an 'Attitude Adjustment' on WWE Monday Night RAW
On the heels of hosting the WWE SummerSlam, Daily Show retiree Jon Stewart returned to the Barclays Center in Brooklyn for Monday Night RAW and explained why he took on more than just hosting duties in the ring on Sunday. “Apparently last night I did upset some people,” conceded Stewart. “It was because in my heart I could not let John Cena tie the great Ric Flair for 16 championships.”

Of course the great Ric Flair himself appeared to tell Stewart he had “messed everything up,” so Stewart apologized to Cena for his chair throwing antics. But Cena didn’t quite accept. “Right now I’m gonna do what I’ve gotta do,” he growled to the host, and then delivered a message that the crowd loved — and that Stewart is probably still feeling.
WWE Monday Night Raw airs Mondays at 8 p.m. on USA.
