🎷🎉🤯👍🏼 I’m SOO happy about this! I’m back at a weight that I’m comfortable with ☺️ I was feeling good pretty much all week and other than when I was at school late at night, I was always COMFORTABLY full and satisfied! ▫️ My appetite I can tell is increasing a bit (happens usually my time of the month) and I am now aware of the pattern that has caused me to have bad gains, and emotional ones at that. So I’m aware that my skin is breaking out, i recognize that I’m craving chips and chocolate and I’m likely to gain next week but I can’t stop that so it’s okay, but I AM going to work on being “in the moment” when I’m reaching for some snack- because maybe I’m not really HUNGRY, maybe i just want to munch on some chips (which is okay! But I won’t try to kid myself by going for ONE chip every 5-10 minutes and then say it’s 0sp each time 🙄🙄🙄) Gonna go food shopping tonight after work so I’m prepared for the weekend!
