here are my two cents on the whole short track coverage thing or just nbc's coverage on the olympics in general. first, not allowing us to forward/rewind on their videos online is just really stupid bc not everyone has time to watch a whole 3 hour video, thank you very much. for short track, i feel like nbc is like "oh apolo isn't here anymore so obviously short track doesn't matter as much." there was also barely any coverage on womens' events. nbc is obv trying but it's not rlly working out...
Yeah I totally agree with you on the online coverage. It isn’t fair that some full online replays have DVR controls and some don’t. I tweeted NBC Live Extra if all full replays have DVR controls and they said:
"It depends on if they’re slated to air in Primetime, have already aired, etc. It’s really a case by case basis"

OOh yay!! I'm so glad you're enjoying them! I'm going to try and write more, I have several in the works, but Work is kicking my butt right now and I have no real time to write. :( But I'm glad you're enjoying what I have written over the last four years. As for the video, unfortunately that video of them dancing was a very short, low quality clip from an NBC segment. They yank pretty much everything down off youtube sooner or later, and I haven't been able to find it again. If you look up Apolo/JR videos, you can sometimes find it included as part of those, but that's the best we can really do. Thank you for reading though!
