In New Orleans, 2021 JazzFest Lives On in Spirit
There won't be a New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, or JazzFest, this April, at least as it's been recently known, but New Orleans seems determined to carry on its spirit this week. If you can't make it to events in town, WWOZ will be streaming classic JazzFest performances by the likes of Sonny Rollins, Dr. John, allen Toussaint and Mahalia Jackson. I don’t know about you, but I wish I was at Jazz Fest right now.
