Homemade Tuna sushi (brown rice, non fat cream cheese , tuna steak, carrots, cucmber. Sauce NF mayo, non sugar ketchup, franks red sauce) = 3pts
Chicken enchilada casserole = 6pts
Whole wheat spaghetti and turkey with sauce and garlic bread = 6pts
turkey dog, apple sauce and potatoes = 6pts
Egg sandwich w/velveeta, apple sauce and green beans = 3 pts

I’m tired of feeling like crap and making excuses on why I feel like crap.. so I meal prepped some meals for the long weekend (I’m off after tomorrow though Christmas). This will give me a 2sp meal through Tuesday (which is great- because Tuesday is our family get together). Anyways, I made @drizzlemeskinny ‘s French onion bake and it’s freaking amazing! I did make some substitutions like using Kraft fat free cheddar instead of Swiss (and only used 1/2 cup) and honey Dijon mustard instead of regular but it’s honestly amazing and I got the exact portions she said I would out of it (6 - one was dinner tonight).
