Hey guys. I’ve got an apology and update for ya.
The apology: I’m so damn sorry for not doing the themed days and being nearly absent on these blogs. I just don’t have the time. I get up, go to work, come back and do school for the rest of the night. I had surgery 2 weeks ago and I was recovering from it last week. (it was minor. I’m fine) My depression and anxiety have hit a high point as of late and I’m just drained. Emotionally, physically, mentally, politically, financially, academically, etc. Whump, family, friends and music and God have kept me going and I’ve been trying to reblog and talk to y’all but it’s just been difficult.
The Update: As you’ve probably noticed by now, I passed the Trope Appreciation Tuesday (TAT) torch off to @the-wandering-whumper a while back and she’s been fucking KILLING it. The responses she’s gotten are far more than I could have ever hoped for and I’m proud of her and what TAT is becoming. So right now, I’m looking to hand off Whumper Origin Mondays (WOM) and Whump Would You Rather Wednesdays (WWYRW). If you’re interested, shoot me a message or an ask.
Apology Summary: I’m sorry. No more WOM and WWYRW for now.
Update Summary: Looking for people to take WOM and WWYRW. Marie is amazing. (but everybody already knows that)
I’ll be making a post about WOM AND WWYRW and it’ll go up soon. I’m still buried to my eyeballs in school work right now so that’d be why.

@the-wandering-whumper is officially taking over Trope Appreciation Tuesday (TAT). I’ve been so busy lately and she offered to help me out. I told her she could have it. I want y’all to be able to enjoy that again and I’ve just not been in a place in my life where it’s possible. (lots of traveling, dead friends in Texas and still looking for a job and working on college stuff) I am working on making Whumper Origin Mondays (WOM) and Whump Would You Rather Wednesdays (WWYRW) a thing again. And they will be. Next Monday and Wednesday, they’re back!
I’ll still be posting tropes on here and @whumpire but TAT is now Marie’s. So if you’d like to see that, go ahead and give her a follow. If not, you should really still follow her. I haven’t regretted it for a single day and I assure you that you won’t, either. But any tropes I come up with on Tuesdays will be submitted to her.
I wanted to fill y’all in because you deserve it. You deserve so much better and that’s what I’m trying to be. If you’ve read this far... Thank you and sorry for the rambling.

WWYR Wednesday:
Screaming or crying?
Sorry I'm a day late, I was busy yesterday. I prefer crying. That crack in their voice when they start. The gritted teeth, the whimpering, sobbing, gasping. And most of all when a loved one comes to help and they get to cry on said loved one's shoulder while hugging.
You’re never late. If you send one in in 50 years that is a response to one now, I’ll still take it. ☺️
