I made these for me and like two other people.
Speaking of Wyll and flowers, children running up to the Blade of Frontiers with dandelions ripped straight from the ground in their hands to give him in thanks for helping them. Shyly pushing cool pebbles and rocks and leaves and bobbins in his pockets. Presenting him with handfuls of chicken feathers and dried orange slices and dozens of crudely scribbled on pieces of paper with drawings and poems and names.
And Wyll with a collection of random, sometimes impractical items he keeps in his pack that he's received as gifts over the years that remind him why he does what he does, and why it's worth it.
Periodic reminder that Ulder Ravengard loved Wyll - he loved that bright spirited, whimsy filled little boy so much, and Wyll loves him, and that is where the tragedy of choice lies.
But are we presenting Wyll with jasmine bouquets like he deserves? Are we smiling when he lights up and smells the flowers like they're an incredibly precious gift? Are we putting the little blossoms in his hair? Telling him he's lovely and kind and deserves pretty things?
Behold, the fabled Wyll and Halsin sticker collection (ft. guest stars) that's been just over two years in the making.
Currently thinking about Wyll rocking Lily Aurora in his arms after a rough night, finally settled, humming a song to her he swears Ulder hummed to him years ago by how easily it comes to memory, and standing in a big window overlooking Baldur's Gate, the first grey light of dawn spilling on the floor around them; tired, happy, ruminating on how far he's made it, and all the splendid things there are to come.
Wyll used to have a piercing in his right ear that he managed to keep a few years after his exile, but the earring was torn out during a scuffle, leaving behind some scarring.
"Getting Wyll's approval is so hard 😖" - Wyll approves when you talk to him and ask him a question.
