-I think that on wash day he would make it all about you and loving you
- Like how he would just sit there seeing how well you take care of your hair
-The coconut oil wafting through the air would just put him in a trance
- but if you are one with an afro you also know how annoying it can be to wash your hair on wash day
- And he would take notice of that
-I also feel like he would watch any and all videos on how to wash your hair
-Knowing him he would even go into the whole cultural aspect of your hair spending any and all time learning
-So when he’s ready to do your hair he makes a big thing about it
-Like the night before he gets all the combs and oils out.
-He even takes time to get the essential oils so the whole room smells good
-So when you wake up in the morning and the sun hit you eyes just right you're greeted with the smell of warm green tea
-”Good morning my darling.”
- Those words will always make you melt
-While you would usually check your phone to see what day it is he stops you
-”Darling How about we hold off on the phone for right now I have a surprise for you.”
-He leads you into a perfectly warm bathroom and to your surprise you see all of your wash day products laid out for you
- Lauryn Hill, Steve Lacy, And all of your afro neo soul favorites are playing in the background
-He helps you into your glass shower comes up behind you and instead of getting his body wash he gets the african black soap
-You swear you’d melt right then and there had it not been for your humanity
- He Rubs, Lathers, and Massages your hair and scalp
- Is this heaven? You’re pretty sure this is heaven
- When he detangles your hair, guuurrrl…
-You gon end up giving this man some kids one day
- He even went so far as to diffuse your hair
- Your feel like the weight of the world has been lifted off your shoulders
-And with your hair ever so perfect he whispers into your ear sending chills down your spine
-”How was your wash day my love.”
-You wrap your arms around his neck caressing his throat with your thumb you softly kiss his lips and his 5 o’clock shadow
-”Your welcome My, Darling.”
