﹏﹏﹏﹏
Darkness surrounds her, she wasn't even sure if her eyes were open or not. She feels her eyes squeeze shut before she opened them again. She was certain her eyes were open now. Had she died in her sleep? Was this an afterlife...?
Something shifted. A sense of calm, peace. Dauvi turns around to find a light. A light so bright it almost hurt to look at, and yet she couldn't seem to pry her eyes off it. It was a strange thing to see it in such void for it—the light was really bright but the darkness contained it more than physics should allow.
Her hand reaches out to touch the light. Pure bliss surges through her without direct contact, she felt content with just staying in this nowhere place. It felt heavenly.
She looks closer trying to see what exactly was emitting this wonderful light. She never got the chance...
If it were even possible, a pair of hands darker than the black void itself appears out of thin air. A gasp was not able to leave her throat before those hands forcefully grabbed onto the light. With a little struggle, the hands take the light—vanishing. Leaving her in the complete dark abyss.
Her chest tightens, the terrible feeling of dread surges into her blood stream as if her body was anticipating something terrible to happen. The dark was too much, she tries to breath but can't. The darkness suffocates her in the process of her panic.
OMG I was just reading a fanfiction and saw you commented on it and then you liked one of my arts??? The heck kinda coincidence is this?? (its the one by @imtrashraccoon)
Haha! It is a small world! Was it the Lamb/Goat OC with Nightmare? 😄💕
@imtrashraccoon 's story The Nightmare of Apathy, is a good read! Unless you were meaning one their short stories? They do a good job on all of their work either way!
