Jace had decided to take his h/c haired wife to a private swimming pool so they could relax with Alec and Isabel. Izzy had helped her choose her bikini, and Alec put a hat on her head when she had walked out of her room to protect her eyes.
"Ready to go, y/n?" Izzy asked when they finished getting changed.
"Yeah, I'm ready." She said while she giggled. Alec was messing with the hat and trying to strighten it.
When he finished, Jace walked around the corner and grinned when he saw y/n. They made their way to the pool and wanted to enjoy themselves for once.
Y/n had taken her top off, Jace immediately started putting sunscreen on her stomach. Y/n let a breath out and relaxed into his touch. He helped her sit on the edge of the pool and got in himself. Swimming up to her, he placed his arms around her and kissed her swollen stomach.
Y/n let a giggle out as she admired him. She kissed his head and then slowly got into the water. Izzy swan over to y/n and hugged her parabatai.
"We'll all be here to help you, y/n." Izzy had told her as she sensed that she doubted herself, only slightly.
"Thanks, Izzy. I know you will." Y/n said as she smiled at her.
They had a great time at the pool. However, y/n couldn't wait to be back in bed, lying in Jace's arms. When they returned to the institution, they went straight to their shared room. Jace helped y/n get ready before getting ready himself. He got into bed and pulled her as close as he could. Y/n wasn't complaining. She hugged him tightly and buried her face into his chest. They had a peaceful night.
