I survived my dad's 10 year anniversary in mostly one piece. It's crazy it's been a decade. It's crazy that since then I've also lost nana and uncle ant to cancer. Whenever I sit with the blood of my trauma, I understand why people stare at me shocked. I'm not quite the alchemist yet with my grief and pain, but I also do not succumb to madness.
Have you read Thinking Fast and Slow?
Noooo i have it on my e reader though 👀 right now i am focusing on my photo studio but i’m gonna read alchemy of the heart by michael brown next! I read the presence process earlier this year & did the meditation too, i have been recommending it to literally everyone… i think this singular book is almost as helpful as the entirety of DBT, so good, would love more recs though!!
