Keeps careful track of when your next dose is, what you’ve eaten, your temperature and symptoms, etc.
Scully doesn’t mess around
She will doctor the shit out of you
Mulder is more casual
He’s the one that helps you not to go stir crazy
Makes sure you’ve got a great blanket cocoon with lots of stuff to entertain you while you’re ill
More home remedy type stuff
Nothing too crazy
Tells you about random X-File cases about illnesses not being what they seemed and why it’s important to manage your health
Honestly the stories are mostly just paranoia inducing
Thanks Mulder, now we get to think about mutated parasites potentially ejecting from our faces or exploding heads instead of common colds or migraines

It’s hard to compete with an actual doctor when it comes to sick people
He still tries though
Because they both care about you and your health and they know you’d do the same for them
