Another tiresome night. another hour in front of an open laptop, surrounded with scattered pens, markers, and papers. You read the same sentence over and over again, trying to somehow remember the point that’s right before your eyes before you deemed it impossible. Burying your head into two soft palms and sighing out loud, you tried to suppress the silent sob that broke out from your slightly parted lips.

Immediately, two warm arms wrapped themselves around your waist, a familiar face coming into view as your boyfriend!Seungyoun rested his head on your shoulder.

“Baby, it’s time for you to rest” he whispered, even breathing sending shivers down your spine. Seungyoun moved to kiss your shoulder, soft skin exposed due to his shirt being too big on you. 

“Younnie this presentation is important and-” before any more words could be said, the hands were unlatched from your waist and already rotating the chair in another direction. Seungyoun crouched down and looked at you with the most endearing eyes, hands coming up to cup both of your cheeks.

“And we’re going to prepare for it together tomorrow. There's still time. You’ve worked hard and enough today, i’m proud of you” at that, Seungyoun smiled, eyes turning into thin splits and making you fall in love all over again. Still, there was a pinch of hesitation in you, fear of not being able to prepare everything as your gaze fell onto the pile of papers still scattered all around.

Seungyoun turned your face in his direction and booped your nose, earning an honest smile in return. 

“That’s what I love to see, no being sad, okay? It’s going to be okay” the male held one of your wrists and pulled you up from the uncomfortable chair, noticing the way his shirt hung off from your body once again. Seungyoun led you towards the shared bed, tucking you in before turning the lights off and climbing in beside you.

That night, all the worries disappeared, as you fell asleep in your boyfriend’s warm embrace, listening to his beautiful whispers of sweet nothings.

“yah, hangyul, do you not own a single shirt?”

“i own more than a single shirt but someone keeps stealing them, so i’ve no choice but to walk around shirtless.”

it’s silent for a moment, before he adds, “and i don’t think you mind it one bit.”

You woke up two minutes before the annoying alarm sounded, with an arm wrapped loosely around your waist. There was no need to turn around and check, for you knew that it was your boyfriend Seungwoo. His calm and even breaths tickled the back of your neck, big hands occasionally tightening their hold. Seungwoo's unconscious actions made you smile, your own palm coming over to rest above his, while the other tried to reach for the phone that was sure to set off at any given second. Fortunately, you managed, getting ready to sit up immediately afterwards.

Your try was deemed a failure, for Seungwoo pulled you back with a sigh, a clear indication that he has woken up. Turning to look at him, you noticed the although sleepy, beautiful appearence of your boyfriend. Seungwoo's hair was sticking in many directions, while long lashes casted a shadow over his cheeks and an annoyed pout played on his lips.

"Five more minutes, please" Seungwoo's voice echoed through the silent apartment, his hold tightening again, this time pulling you flush against his chest.

"We'll be late Seunggu" You whispered, tone careful and full of adoration. You reached to run a hand over his cheek, which the male caught fast and brought to his lips for a kiss.

"We won't, it's only five minutes. Please?"

Only because you loved the man before you so much, you set the alarm ten minutes later, deciding that cuddling sounds much better than anything else right now.

"Hangyul I agreed to you dying my hair, but right now I'm suspicious of you not doing that" you sighed, feeling the man pinching and twisting a piece of your hair. Hangyul's deep chuckle resonated from behind.

"Relax; I'm a professional" he emphasized 'professional' with a certain tone you've never heard before. The male leaned forward, face popping up from the left side as he eyed you curiously, "After all, doesn't it feel nice?"

Not paying attention to your oncoming complaints, Hangyul stepped around the chair, heading towards the table to grab a comb. You used the given chance to glance at the other, laughing upon seeing his own dye slicked hair. It was the same color as yours, a certain shade the two of you agreed would suit both.

"What's so funny?" Hangyul asked. There was a slight jump in his voice, caused by the never-ending amusement he felt. You were wrapped up in a light blue blanket, resembling a burrito, while your hair stuck up much like Goku’s. The male couldn’t not laugh at the hilarious yet adorable sight.

“You” was the reply he got. In your eyes, Hangyul looked ridiculous as well. His hair was quite literally glued to his head in one smooth layer, and the boy reminded you of an egg.

“Seems rich coming from someone who looks like they’ve been hit by electricity” He bit back, taking one of the gloves off. Instead of grasping the black comb, Hangyul grabbed his phone and pointed its camera towards you. It all happened so fast that you couldn’t react properly before the male snapped a picture. 

Due to his immediate laughter, you supposed it was something he’s going to frame.

“I’m so sending this to Yohan” Upon hearing Hangyul mention your crush’s name, you were up quick and chasing after him. Truthfully, Hangyul tried running away through numerous doorways of your apartment. Somehow, it just didn’t work out. The sight of a blue traffic cone running behind him became too much for the male, sending Hangyul on his knees and into a laughing fit.

“You’re not going to send that to him!” Trying to look angry, you stomped carefully onto the strong thigh of the other. His laugh was contagious and it took your everything not to give in and laugh with him. “You can’t and I know you won’t!!”

Surprisingly, Hangyul grabbed your leg in mid-air, making you stumble a bit, trying to regain balance. He watched your taken aback expression for a quick moment, before speaking.

“You’re right, maybe I actually want to cherish this moment and keep it for myself only”

Upon finishing a movie, you opened up Instagram to scroll through the indifferent feed. Immediately, you noticed an unread message, smiling wide when you realized it was from the one and only, crush!Eunsang. Feeling about a thousand butterflies increasing the already quickened heartbeat, you opened the chat and noticed a funny looking picture of your geography professor.

Laughing out loud, you typed out a quick response and sent back another meme picture of the same professor. Eunsang was quick to reply and the conversation developed once again, although it being midnight already. The grin never once left your lips as you read the responses, hearing his voice with each of his messages. The boy somehow managed to make the day better without putting any special effort into it, and oh how thankful you were.

You were so immensely thankful for Lee Eunsang and his ways of making you happy and giddy all the time.

Wednesday was never your favorite day of the week. Sometimes you'd even argue that it was worse than Monday - not the beginning, not the end of the week.

In the middle of your study session, the doorbell rang, the sound echoing through the quiet apartment. An exasperated sigh left your lips, annoyed with the sudden intrusion at such an hour. Upon opening the door, you noticed your bestfriend!junho standing on the other side, two bags of your favorite snack in hands. His sincere smile and softening gaze upon noticing you managed to lift up all burdens of this tiresome day. Even with his hands full, Junho stepped ahead, enveloping you in a tight and warm embrace. Junho's sixth sense was sensing whenever something was wrong and immediately acting upon it. He was always there to support and cheer you up; always there to talk and cuddle, not leaving until you were back to your happy and cheerful self.

Maybe that was exactly why you were in love with him.
