For those who own an ASUS X202E, never update your system to Window 8.1. It messes up the system to the point that restoring your laptop to the factory setting function provided by your OEM no longer works and there is nothing else you could have done but to bring your system in.
This means approximately a week more before I get my laptop back and as such, even lesser on time for me now. Meanwhile, I am going to search for a way to have Window 7 running along side Window 8 on this system since my Wacom Intuos only works on the former and the technical service at the ASUS centre provided no help regarding the issue.
