Prom is here! Slate went to prom with his bestie and also managed to graduatee early. Next stop college.
Whoa! This place is unreal. I need to take some of these specimens, I’m pretty sure they're alien rocks. I wish Anya would come in but she’s been such a scaredy-cat ever since she became human. Oh well. Our honeymoon vacation is coming up maybe she can learn to loosen up a little there.
“Um, Xanthe? Sweetie? How about we don’t go into the creepy abandoned mine? It was blocked off for a reason.”
“Oh Come on, Anya. You must be at least a little bit curious as to what that humming is.”
“Not curious enough to lose a limb or you. Let’s turn back.”
“I’m going in.”

It was supposed to be a peaceful event. A celebration of love. But this biiiiiiiiitch... Dared to flirt with one of the Brides. For shame.

“I- yeah. I don’t feel that gnawing hunger anymore. Actually, I think I am hungry, for food.”
