                   When Rin had woken up, he’d been picked up by an unfamiliar face, someone who’d leaned of his condition, the amnesia he’d suffered from the fight he’d gotten into. He hadn’t been aware of their malicious intentions in them taking him. Were he not injured, having the memories knocked loose, he would have known that they hadn’t been an ally.

When approached by the...unfamiliar person, Rin frowns, defensive. “You stay back.”

“And here I thought you ran off without a word.”

Which…was her assumption. Despite her lukewarm/cold reaction, she would look the other in the eye, a small smile on her face.

“…I am glad you returned. Never do that to me again. Alright?”

Ran off? I would never do that! Honestly, it was his fault and he knew that but, he was here now and would try his best to work on that looking at her eyes he was expecting things to be... Harsh. I won’t, I promised. I’m sorry for disappearing... I got caught by the Vampiric Council, them the Hunter association and then my Sister just annoyed me to do something for her... I was really busy to the point that I wasn’t taking care of me, so... After all that I just went to have some sleep... When I woke up it passed a couple of months. I’m really sorry Yunnie. He knew how wrong he was and that is why he has sad expressions, he didn’t want to disappear like that but he couldn’t do anything about it. What can I do to you forgive me? He isn’t trying and will never try to be back to that, as that would be rude to her, so for now, he is keeping his distance from her.

You ever walk around your Mentor’s forest, and then suddenly catch yourself a whiff of human? 

Pretty much what was going on at this time. 

Summer had heard reports of someone nosing around at night, usually when she’d been off the ‘pick up shifts’ Samuel had set her up for. And while her Mentor had never steered her wrong before... She preferred to forage and be alone than to be a constantly-smiling beacon of Customer Service. 

So today, she had been sent to try to find the stranger’s scent. mostly taking a walk through the forest, she actually found the trail of the person. A female, relatively young, as in under 20 years old, with an interesting taste to her scent. Some humans had magic, but she’d never encountered one who could do that. Or was this the scent of someone who could summon demons? 

She’d never run into one of those humans either... Maybe both? 

Could a Human even have both?

Brown eyes watched from a nearby treetop, tail anchored in the air as a counterbalance. Small, compact frame that could move quickly if need be... Overall, Summer felt confident she would be victorious if a fight did break out, but this pig-tail girl was young... Much younger than anybody Summer certainly had ever killed. 

But if she attacked....

“Hey you, what are you doing here?” She called from the branch she perched on, shifting herself to sit instead on the branch with her tail swaying softly. “You’re kind of young to be running around this deep in the forest all to yourself. Did you come from that nearby school or...Something?”

Kids didn’t usually walk around armed, after all...

Enid feels her face grow hot, it backfired on her, this plan she had at getting back at Nero for teasing her with that little peck. Maybe she shouldn’t have pushed as hard as she did. He’s looking down at her like he wants to actually eat her, and she looks away, trying to calm her heart down.

“W-well it’s your fault! I just...wanted to get back at you.” Her voice goes steadily quieter as she speaks, avoiding his gaze completely.

                Rin looked up at Yunneth when she spoke to him and he sighs heavily, “you really wanna know what happened?” He asks, tilting his head a bit, tail curled around him a bit before he looked down. “It’s complicated...” He murmurs.
