#xbox problems

Okay I need some Xbox advice please.

My first gen Xbox One finally quit on me but I got a One S for cheap.

Now I have two issues.

Firstly, two cloud games are not showing up under my account on the One. Assassin's Creed 4 and more importantly Master Chief Collection.

Secondly, I had to format my 4TB Seagate HDD and did so through my PC but now both consoles only recognize it as external media storage.

Please help 😫

Dear xbox support , please tell everyone needs to do a reset , but keep your games and apps.

Make offline gaming cool again.. I am so sick of xbox servers being down every few minutes. Every game is linked to the cloud these days. This is why I detests digital games that I still prefers disc copies because this reason.

Xbox Help

Does anyone know how I can backup game files from an Xbox One? I have 2 Xbox Ones both old and used.

My Xbox recently crashed, but I tried a recommendation from a forrum. Anyway, it’s working now, but I’d like to keep my game progress in case it happens again.

Whelp, my other Xbox One headset broke.  God, they’re so shitty.

So now I either have to get a new controller that has the 9mm jack or get another old headset.

NEED HELP WITH XBOX ONE

My Xbox one keeps resetting whenevere I try to connect to the new wifi and IDK why. It only happens whenever I type in the correct WIFI password too. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME

Rip Overwatch keeps telling me that I’m disconnected from the game servers?? Does anyone have any advice as to what I could do to fix this? Btw I already restarted my xbox and checked my internet connection
