Taking the BC around the same time every day really does help with that. Also, ginger really works well for me for nausea. You can get ginger teas, or also ginger candy. Peppermint is also really good. You might luck out and not get nauseous at all, it doesn't happen to everyone. But believe me, I understand your pain. I'm lucky enough to be conquering my emetophobia. (it took years and force and please don't do it i was just unfortunate enough to get very sick and I guess silver lining)
