How can I possibly focus on anything when everything is happening?

I struggled a lot with this one. I'm honestly not sure if I'm completely happy with it. I may come back to it later. It started as a simple noisy gradient for use as my wallpaper, but when I looked at it I couldn't help but see stars in the noise.

Playing around with creating "glitchy" effects and aesthetics. Toe_head2001 on the Paint.NET Forums made a very neat plugin called ScreenPixel, which breaks down images into their RGB components. It makes for a very noisy, pseudo-pixelated look. Really cool, especially when combined with different noise patterns to break up large blocks of color. I've also reduced the number of colors to avoid adverse effects with compression.
