Absolutely 100% creeped out cuz I didn't give that shit to you so why are you messaging me. I give out my kik to friends like Liam (xephox) cuz we literally became best friends over tumblr and so he has all of my things like facebook, kik, skype, even xbox account :P and we have skyped a lot and we talk all the time and yeah do you guys remember when you used to think we have a thing cuz we link each other on our blogs? :P

That's pretty sweet man, good to hear! I'm the type of skinny runt trying to gain, any tips haha?;)

Haha thanks man! Personally Ive never had to put any effort into gaining but a few basic tips would be to obviously monitor your diet and make sure youre getting lots of protein. Personally this is my favorite part cause its my excuse to eat steak ;) But also try and do larger weights and less reps. Thats what will really help you build some mass, when you tone those muscles pull back a bit on the weight and do more reps. You can always try protein shakes and stuff like that but I never have so I cant really offer any advice on those.
