Without a moments hesitation an arm would be thrown around Xerneas’s shoulders, Kira grinning like all hell. “The hell’d you get into? I was beginning to think you were avoiding me or something. Did you take a vacation? Where’d you go?” Part of him was genuinely curious, but there definitely was another part that was intentionally trying to be obnoxious. No, he is not capable of having a conversation without being obnoxious at some point during it.

“A test?” He’d repeat, giving her a curious glance. Truthfully, his sight wasn’t the best in the dark. Ho-Oh already had to turn his entire face just to look at something on his right, and having half of his vision made seeing at night that much harder. Even now, past the light of his home, things were muddied and blurry. “Does that mean-- I can take this off?” He hoped that was the case. How else would he be able to test his right eye?
