after a full fucking HOUR of trying to cancel my goddamn xfinity subscription in preparation for the upcoming move, i am going to share what i have come away with- the customer service agent i spoke to gave me the direct link to the cancellation form. don't waste your time getting spun around in eight different directions because they don't make this publicly accessible (or at least easily accessible) on their website.
