Friday was 3 weeks completed; M-F of my 6 week plan! I think this Monday I’ll actually be able to start up with these videos to start this YouTube! Tmr is Chest/Back day!

I finished this week at 191, but my goal is 200; so I am trying to stay committed to the next step which is eating right! So I may actually try a meal prep this week to ensure that I take in enough food or better yet, a CONSISTENT amount!

XFL founder Vince McMahon expects to spend $500 million to re-launch the league when it begins play in February, 2020.

I know the likelier scenario is “Vince buys everything and there is no wrestling outside WWE by 2025,” but this kind of thing makes me think there’s a strong possibility that Billy Corgan will own the WWE’s trademarks by that year, finally unifying its heavyweight title with the NWA belt
