I'm not the best with drawing, and I absolutely hate digital art. The only times I love it are when I'm coloring or tracing my sketches from my drawing books. Same goes w this one. But I do love how this one turned out! I drew this like uhh a few weeks ago.

What do you think is xgulus's love language? Imo it could be quality time since they're always up to something (X's experiments!!)

okay now that you mention it, here's what i think their love languages is:

regulus' love language is definitely physical touch, like this mf is always hugging someone in official art.. i feel like with x especially she likes hugging his arm, holding his hand, or even simply leaning against him while he works. she also likes words of affirmation just because when x calls her "my captain" or when he tells her "good job" after another successful experiment it gives her butterflies.

x's love language... his va (hyoie o'grady) actually had answered something about that on reddit! his love language is quality time and acts of service. he said that x would value someone being around him a lot since he probably didn't have many constant figures growing up, and also he likes acts of service because he needs someone to help him set up his machines (which is what regulus already does canonically, funnily enough...)

you're spot on the quality time one for x. since regulus is always busy being up and about with her radio pirate stuff. he's made up every excuse for her to visit laplace like oh suddenly he has a fever and can't get up from bed, oh suddenly his machine is broken and he needs regulus' help to fix it (if any other laplace staff offers to fix it for him he says no). x grew up during the great depression afterall, affection was as scarce as food for an orphan like him. so regulus' presence makes him feel warm and fuzzy in a way those cold, lonely nights at the orphanage never could.
