Have you all checked out the new hotpot place called Xiang Zi Hotpot🥢?  _______________________  This place is massive!!! The atmosphere is stunning, luxurious decor, once you go in, you cant help, but to go "Woah👀". ________________________  On the second floor, there offer the private spaces to enjoy your meal with friends and families. (I highly recommend to go upstairs to see the beautiful sight from the above.)  _______________________ So, Chinese hotpot (火锅 huǒguō) literally “fire-pot,” with its history of over 1000 years (Wow!) And it is one of the most traditional and favorite meals in China🇨🇳🥢  ________________________  The concept is simple: a simmering metal pot with broth boils at the center of a table, and you add to cook all the raw ingredients you like in the soup and eat with your choice of dipping sauces😋!  ________________________  When I went to Xiang Zi hotpot, Owner Elco showed us the new way to eat this Sichuan flavor hotpot👍.  ________________________  First, you eat the skewers in the spicy sauce base, then once you are done, they add the soup to make it into the hotpot! How cool is that👅?  _________________________ I loved using their red Octagon shaped plate to get my favorite ingredients from their excellent selections of food- Meat, seafood, vegetables, noodle, you name it. I like the self-service style of both raw and a small buffet there. I personally went crazy with their mountain of scallop and meat! Hahahahaha  __________________________  FYI- if you love spicy food, go for the spicy broth. - I went with "regular spicy", and it had a good kick to it. Can't take spicy?
