“”Enslavement” does not exist in the Empire. The Empire would never enslave humans, for humans are the ones who help built the core worlds, who were the ones who bought forth a new, peaceful order against the Confederacy of Independent Systems, an alien backed terrorist organization. Aliens only get “enslavement” because they aren’t people. Near-humans and very human looking people such as chiss or pantorans are exempted for the most part due to their advancements and helpfulness during the years of the Republic. Disgusting creatures such as bothans or trandoshans are put to work due to their attempts to make us into their slaves. Do you really believe the Empire will ever forgive such acts of unlawful barbarianism? If you think about it, they’re being punished, and treated as prisoners. If they had not joined the Confederation, nor showed off their violence, per say, the Rodians, they wouldn’t be “slaves”.”
