I understand why the moon yearns for the eclipse.

One thing you should know is that my girl is the epitome of warmth. The sun saw her, and like myself couldn’t help but give her everything she could. And quite frankly I understand. I don’t blame the sun, I also find myself wanting to submerge myself in every crevice of her being.

You see, soy de la luna, I’m known to always show myself in different phases. But with my girl what you see is what you get. And unlike myself, mi mujer del sol is so beautifully unapologetic of her existence. 

I can’t wait for her to be by my side again, and I can’t wait for the day we don’t have to part. Para el momento en que estoy llena.

And although shes del sol, I look into her eyes and get lost in the familiarity of the night.
