Hello, may I request a Kokomi and Xingqui scenario? How would they react to their S/O, who’s like an older sibling to them, was actually the author to one of their favorite book?
Kokomi and Xinqui Finding Out Your the Author of Their Favorite Book

A/n: I wasn’t quite sure if you wanted me to make Kokomi’s section platonic as well? Because my blog consists mostly of x reader I assume you want it fluffier so I went ahead and did that?
• Kokomi asked you to go to her office and find a certain strategic book within a pile of other strategic books in preparation for the next meeting discussing the rebellion.
• Looking for a blue spine you pull out a book, wow. You pulled out your first published book instead. It wasn’t very well liked and there were only ten authentic copies available. It was a fictional romance that you were frankly embarrassed to claim so you signed it anonymously. Additionally, the story was harshly criticized and notorious for being too ideal and unrealistic. And why did Kokomi have it? amongst her strategic books too?
• Kokomi walks into her office, she was probably wondering why you were taking so long with a simple task. When she sees you holding up the book she blushes a deep pink and rips it out of your hands, hiding the book behind her back.
“Y-you weren’t supposed to see that,” She said a stuttering mess. You wondered why Kokomi would have such a book in her collection. You knew she enjoyed books for entertainment as well but you never expected romance, let alone your romance book as well.
“Kokomi, why do you have that book?” You asked with genuine curiosity.
“Um… I think it’s cute. The plot might be mediocre, but I think whoever wrote it was a genius. The words express individuality and are satisfyingly composed together.” She looks away still embarrassed. She didn’t want to lie to you but she obviously wasn’t proud of having ownership of the book.
“I see… actually, I wrote that book.” hearing all the flattery you decided to finally claim it. “If you don’t believe me, my signature initials are on the bottom of the final page.” She rapidly turns the pages and sees indeed that your initials are printed in ink on the bottom right. She looks up at you in disbelief.
“No way, this is my favorite book! I’ve comprised collections of anonymous writings that have a similar style as yours assuming you wrote them. I wanted, no I craved more of your writing but I could never find anymore.” She draws out a folder from her shelves, and you confirmed that they were all your past writings.
“Ah how cute.” You pat her head and smile. You were glad at least someone enjoyed your writings despite how much judgment they receive.
“You’re so stupid,” she pounds your chest with her fist. “Why would you stop writing so abruptly.”
“I'm sorry, I never knew someone like you would enjoy my work so much. Just for you, I’ll write exclusively.” You reply.
• Xingqiu asked you if you could help him pick out a book to read out of his collection. He felt a little bored because he couldn’t find any rare books from the Wanwen Bookhouse, so he decided to reread a book for the fun of it.
• You scanned his collection and decided whichever book has the best cover art would be your decision. Until you stopped at an unforgettable blue spine, it was your book. Why does Xingqiu have it? Was it because it was rare? You signed it anonymously so of course, he wouldn’t know you wrote it, but it was embarrassing nonetheless. The book was popular for being bad so it was more than surprising to find it in Xinqiu’s special collection.
• You selected the book in order to see what Xinqiu’s reaction to it would be. You wanted to dig and see why he had it. You walked up to Xinqiu who was sitting on his couch comfortably. Handing him the book you played dumb.
“Ah- Now out of every book why would you pick this book? I trust your knowledge in literature so I assume you know why this book is quite controversial?” He said. He didn’t appear embarrassed to have ownership of a copy but at the same time, he broke your cover. After all, he is a very smart young man.
“I was actually wondering why you have such a book on your shelves? Critics were so harsh on the author that they discontinued printing more copies.” You replied. This outta get an answer from him.
“Well, I have it because it’s my favorite book. The exclusivity of owning it makes me feel like it’s written solely for me. And the author’s unique style feels oddly familiar, if I had the chance I would like to meet them” His answer was a little condescending but not intentionally towards you. His fingers danced along with the turning pages, careful not to fold any of them.
“Interesting, luckily now you have the chance. I wasn’t going to expose myself but- here I am. I am the author of that book.” Xingqiu frowns at your revelation.
“I know I’m mischievous at times but please do not take me as a fool.” He said in disbelief, rolling his eyes at you.
“No really. That’s why it feels familiar to you, read it once more and think of me. You’ll see that I wrote it,” You smile a little goofy. “Honestly thank you Xingqiu, your older brother needed to hear that. All those nasty critics beat me down to the bone and I haven’t felt the need to write since. But all I need is your encouragement as motivation.” You patted his head messing up his hair a little.
“Of course,” he covered his mouth in shock. His eyes widened, he didn’t need to reread the literature because he had every word memorized. “You should’ve told me sooner.” He pouted a little.

picture 1: u KNOW for a fact that oikawa loves his team and being a high maintenance pretty boy, so he’s all about that aesthetic and team love and yes, he definitely made his fellow starters dress up for a photoshoot after their official team photos.
picture 2: this is when he’s 22 and i wanna say its pretty self explanatory! he’s living his life in argentina and he still has some loyalty to that seijoh blue
picture 3: manz finally made it!! him going abroad for tournaments, taking pictures with his teammates, and celebrating his argentinian citizenship!

picture 1: ok i know that fandom headcanons iwa as a meathead who’s ‘head empty no thoughts just being a good teammate’ and i agree to a point. as in oikawa definitely wink wink nudge nudge iwaizumi into posting certain photos, hence why it’s so weirdly ~aesthetic~. and the c*garettes is a brief stint in teenage belligerence
picture 2: since instagram shows the older photos later, they tell a story chronologically from the bottom right photo to the top left. bottom left and center are when he’s travelling around in the states during the breaks he doesn’t have an internship, like bottom right is nyc and center is LA. i def imagine him joining a frat because this is a tall, international, handsome, and sporty asian dude in socal, dude def gets into rave/abb culture lmao. so bottom left is when he and his bros hit up a club for halloween. i imagine him getting a girlfriend too (i hc iwaoi getting together when they’re adults) so she def took that top center photo of him. top left is when they break up so he focuses on hitting the gym again lmao. that’s my reasoning behind why his arm size is so different in the top left and right photos LOL
