xkit question
so is having the tags showing up on the side bar part of ‘old sidebar’?
It’s not working and I know Old Sidebar is havong troubles since the update. I don’t want to clog the issues page but I would really like to get my tags back. I’m LIVING in my followed tags...

Xkit Update
So I don’t know if you have noticed but Xkit isn’t working anymore. The XKit guy shut it down because of some assholes (so I’ve read). I’m not sure if that’s true or not, all I know is that it’s been deleted or something.
On the bright side, somebody else made a New Xkit extension for Tumblr. It’s literally called New Xkit. It’s exactly the same as the old one as far as I can tell so you can download that one as a replacement. Just thought I’d let you all know.
WHY IS NO ONE TALKING ABOUT THE INSTANT MESSAGING THING
XKit is fucking up for me guys and I’m trying to get it fixed(it’s all mine and my computers fault) so I might lose my theme and won’t be posting for a while. Stay Tuned!
Xkit Help
I’m sorry to be asking this but I really need help. Today I logged onto tumblr and xkit said it couldn’t update. I’ve reinstalled xkit I don’t remember how many times but it’s not working I keep getting an error every time it updates and I think I have an old version of xkit but I cannot find where the ‘options’ button on chrome so I can upgrade it. I’m trying to create a new user on chrome to see if that will help but I can’t figure out that either I’m not sure if that means I need to ‘switch’ user? Does that mean that I put a new person on chrome and then switch? I don’t know I’m really confused. I have never even signed into chrome until now so I don’t think it’s gonna help anything but I’m doing the troubleshoot for xkit so I’m seeing if it will help.
I really don’t want to use tumblr without xkit so I would really appreciate it if anyone could help me. Please don’t help me on anon though if you send me an ask message. I would prefer if you can reply on this text post or send me a message without being on anon so I can privately reply to you. Also if you don’t know how to help me I would appreciate it if you can reblog this so someone else could possibly help me. I’m really frustrated right now so it would help me feel better if someone could help me. I’ll use tumblr without xkit if I have to but I really would prefer not to. Please help.
Also it won’t even show the icon it keeps saying error 101 or something like that every time I go to a new page.
Update: My friend just helped me find the link for the new xkit if this is happening to you too here is the link to download the new xkit but be sure to remove the old xkit extension before adding the new one. It would be nice if people can reblog this so it can help other people like me because I was really upset about it and I don’t want anyone feeling like how I did.
