♟ My character will use yours ^^
when luna got a text from yixing containing a seemingly very urgent ‘my lab now please’—and seconds later: ‘!!!!!!’—she wasn’t expecting this.
“what happened?” were the only two words she could really pull out of her vocabulary. and she didn’t even know if she was shocked or horrified or amused and guiltily so—
probably all of the above.
yixing—a stunning, pale-faced, doe-eyed, smooth-skinned girl of about 168 centimeters in height, with a chest size lurking somewhere around double C, clad in an oversized sweater and tight-fitting leggings that were obviously borrowed, and converse all stars that were obviously two sizes too big—was sitting on his—her—usual swivel chair, expression still zen but suspiciously panicked.
luna couldn’t help staring—how could she.
she had seen yixing before a couple of times, and although the person right before her was completely different in anatomical structure, he was still remarkably the same. it was as if someone had taken yixing’s face and softened some features and sharpened others.
it’s been said before but never has the sentence been truer—yixing was beautiful.
“i have no idea,” yixing said, head bowed down, his slightly wavy dark brown locks that came up just a little under his—her—chest covering the sides of his face, sideswept bangs hanging over his head.
luna approached—unintentionally cautious—and soon enough she was right before him—her—ugh.
yixing looked up, and he really was a sight to see. his brown eyes were still the same—bright and empty and now more lost than ever. “you can turn me back, right?” yixing asked with hope.
“i mean… you’re a witch …” yixing’s eyes traveled down to the floor in wonder the way they used to when he was—-still a he. he retained his unconscious habit of biting his lip, and now it looked even more attractive on his girl face. his eyes snapped back up to her. “not that i’m generalizing. just that—i’ve heard— …” he blinked up at her, waiting. waiting. waiting.
luna felt like such a letdown, and luckily she had enough presence of mind to not let her thoughts about how eerily similar the softness and gentleness of yixing’s tone was now to his tone from before distract her from answering. “i’m sorry. i’m not that kind of witch. i don’t know a spell for…” she found herself swallowing, looking yixing over with unbeknownst pity. “…this.”
the alarm in yixing’s eyes flared up, but his overall expression remained the same—disturbingly empty, generically bright, almost stoic—and luna wondered how she—he managed to do that.
“well—” yixing was already chewing on his bottom lip. “do you know someone? i mean, i can’t stay like” he vaguely motioned to his entire being. “this. i’m ‘gonna freak people out.”
“i’m sure your boyfriend will like it,” she tried to help.
yixing deadpanned—and he—she—looked like a total anorexic bubblegum bitch it was amusing. “my boyfriend doesn’t like girls,” he said on impulse, but then he got around to thinking, and his expression twisted into one of confusion. “wait. i don’t even have a boyfriend.”
“luna,” yixing didn’t even know that the plea sounded like a bitchy whine. “fix me.”
honestly, luna didn’t even know what to fix. yixing was aesthetically perfect even as a girl. but she knew what he meant.
she racked her brain for answers.
“i might know someone,” she said, words high with uncertainty, her shoulder even rising subconsciously in a slight shrug as reflection of that uncertainty.
yixing’s expression dropped. “’might’. your words inspire such confidence,” he snapped—sarcastic and annoyed.
but he quickly caught himself.
and he looked up at luna in apology. “i’m sorry. i don’t know—” he took a breath and exhaled. “please. anything.”
and with that, luna took out her phone to make a call.
yixing was hell bent on making her fix him, maybe his ridiculously long lashes just covered that up.
