I want to address first before I potentially lose followers for changing my name. This blog is a side blog. No, I'm not going to disclose my main, but I didn't sell my blog or anything.

I just wanted to rebrand.

This past April I was fired from my job from a very popular coffee chain that serves matcha anyway. Before I was able to get the job I have now, it gave me a lot of free time to reflect on who I am as a person.

I don't mean in the sense that I'm a bad person or anything, I didn't get philosphical but I had to really figure who I am, and what I enjoy doing.

I've found an interest in gardening, and currently have a few flower pots going, four herbs, and a few veggies! I've been spending time outside, walking my dog through the neighbourhood, and through taking care of myself I've gotten inspiration to write again.

When I turned 22? I think, or maybe 23, I don't remember (I'm 24 now) I threw out my entire writings folder. It was a three ringed binder filled to the brim with handwritten blurbs, imagines and drabbles that I wrote for myself during my classes. I simply lost interest in it, college kind of droned on and I even started to hate reading.

Luckily, I've graduated now (!!) and am in a much better headspace than I was previously.

There are stories I can tell, and there are stories I will tell. But one project that I want to talk about is what i'm currently working on. It's a post apoctalyptic world inspired by previous iconic novels. I have Hunger Games elements, The Maze Runner, Divergent, and if I'm honest Stray Kids was what on the screen when I was getting some ideas.

Is it 100% original? No. However, is anything?

I'll keep you updated.

I also just felt like a change was needed for me, I might reveal what my main blog is, I might not - who knows. Using 'baby' as my signature was fun and cute for a while, but now im just trying something new out.

That being said, I'll be working on my masterlist and writing some drabbles out for your enjoyment. I also reblog many of my recommended fics and imagines!!
