misc joys: spending so much time with my friends on my off days ^-^; celebrating [s.]'s birthday almost completely impromptu but it was so awesome to be at her house and doing fun things; getting really close to a new friend; getting to be at [s.]'s tattoo appointment; getting chiikawa merch from [y.] in taiwan and [a.] in japan; finishing the school year with a decent grade (im a first class now!!!) and getting to know some of my classmates who are now my colleagues much better since we suffer at work for 10 hours a day together

crit/essays/&c: so much. mediaeval history. a lot of treason and adultery #myguinevere i wont list them all because that would involve going through my sad essay writing history but like. waves hand. dm/ask if you care

albums: <sweet & sour>, mc 张天赋; <相爱>, jacky cheung 张学友; not new but special mention to <胡爱夏>, 胡夏 because genuinely i am turning deeply unwell about it. other than my xia it has been cantopop april though!! ive also been trying out gareth t and some collabs zhang tianfu has done to get a feel of the contemporary cantopop scene instead of hiding in my jacky cheung cave

film/tv: not much because i was suffering in SCHOOL. finished 锦绣芳华 with my ma shoutout yang zi for being awesome and beautiful. trying out 成何体统 for cheng lei related reasons but six episodes in im actually sort of. tired about it. can we get a good show for my poor leizi i mean its not the worst hes done and thank god it isnt really xian/wuxia. but still. i really like when he starts yelling though. n wang churan is like how do i describe it shes being flamboyant n fabulous in a way that is dandylike. to me. like shes giving Dandy in a really fun awesome way. i love the concept of like metafiction and trying to manipulate a narrative while being a character but idkkkk its tiring i hate the fuckass 2ml and i hate the unnecessary beefing between the fls even though i know why it is how it is I STILL HATE ITTTT

misc joys: GOT A JOB its complicated. whatever; meals with my friends as always its finals season so everyone is retreating into their revision holes so im grateful for any chance to see someone other than my immediate family; hanging out on vc with magnus and june primarily as they accompany me/i accompany them through work stuff yippeee; end of the semester! just one more exam!!!; CONTINUING MOBY DICKKKKKK; end of napowrimo did i manage to complete npwm? no. did i try really hard to complete it? also no. am i going to count it as a successful npwm anyway? yeah whogiveashit

crit/essays/&c: well nothing much really im giving foucault's the order of things a go but it is really Not Going.

albums: <小王>, <冒险精神>, & <平凡的一天>, 毛不易; <她眼中的月亮>, 希林娜依 高; nothing new besides these but its been a real mao buyi month. mao buyi march.

film/tv: ROTKKKKKKKKK w/ the fucklers slept at 8am after fuckling so hard; was watching 白发 with my ma it is Not Good but it is what it is; i just finished s3 of 现在就出发!!! yippee but i have been converted into an anyu-ist. alas

misc joys: massive shoutout to the 小王 live album; going over to my friend's house again to play board games; having short little dates with my friends even though a bunch of them have been struggling this month with deadlines and work; getting out of the reading slump i fell into at the beginning of the month; resident evil revival the sound i made when wesker(zeno) appeared i was like yeah he survive the volcano no prablem. unfortunately not!!; gradually working through stuff im eating that work/do not work for me (fighting the lactose war); getting really into reading (and writing. a little) poetry
