Announcement
None of my posts seem to have been affected, but the recent events have caused me to question the future of this blog.
I will continue posting houses here on a daily basis for now, and I don’t have any plans to move to another platform, because nothing else comes close to how good Tumblr is for what I post. However, I’ve lost much of my remaining confidence in this platform, and I wouldn’t be surprised if I start losing interest.
It takes sustained effort to scan, edit, annotate, upload, and tag each post. I’ve managed to go two years and seven months without missing a single day (though I have come close a few times) because of my continued enthusiasm for this site and community. I don’t want to abandon this blog, so the possibility of switching to posting weekly instead of daily would probably be the worst case scenario... provided Tumblr doesn’t just die out completely.
