[Lio] On the topic of hallucinations, it’s really interesting to note that - while I’m sure it’s different for everyone - auditory hallucinations and hearing headmates is totally different.
The auditory hallucinations sound like.. well, sounds. External sounds, as if something nearby is making them. We get them often from video games, we will hear the game SFX as if it were playing from some invisible set of headphones we didn’t know we were wearing. It’s not ‘inside’.
Talking to headmates though, for us, IS ‘inside.’ It sounds like how you might ‘think to’ yourself, but you won’t feel some of those thoughts are yours/you’ll have no control over the thoughts that aren’t yours. It doesn’t “sound like” typical sounds, it “sounds like” your own mind voice, there just happens to be more than one of them.
I’m curious what other systems’ experiences are. I’m sure some are different - but perhaps some are similar as well.
[Lio] I've been enjoying learning about kenochoric, which I'm vibing with pretty well. But, since it's me, I need the connection to fervian as well. So - mostly for my benefit, but I don't mind if anyone else uses it of course - I made a "kenofervian" flag for fun :V
=Ok question time. So I’m a median subsystem and generally never have any of the facets been “detachable” so to speak until semi-recently. But one of the newer ones is able to ‘detach’ so to speak; sometimes he is me entirely and not separate at all, but sometimes he’s completely his own person and isn’t me at all
I just haven’t heard of this phenomenon before really, I’m curious if anyone else has or has experience with it? It’s very disorienting/confusing. For example, I was trying to figure out why I felt a certain way about someone and realized it was because it was a “we are the same person” feeling which can happen even if we’re separate sometimes, as if we just instantly share our thoughts on an experience (but only sometimes!!)
I generally try to pay attention to as many different types of plural experiences as I can but I just don’t think I’ve seen mention of this really before. I’m sure someone has the same experience, but perhaps I haven’t seen it.

[Lio] You will never believe what happened now. There’s Guys (two of them.)
They had perhaps the most uneventful appearance ever they walked into the main area of headspace and basically went “Hey. What’s all this lol” and we (me Josh and Goro) were all like “umm so. You’re real? You guys are real?” And they were like ”I guess!”
Running theory rn is that they’re among the group of people who ‘escaped’ Minerva’s wards and have technically been here for a good while because we literally have NEVER had anyone show up this smoothly.
That said they seem to not really be able to perceive outworld for some reason so I guess they’ll have to work on that? Even if they never front I think it’s an important skill for us all to be able to see what’s going on outside of headspace. Idk.
Umm I’m taking this well I think. It doesn’t feel completely real but it’s definitely, like. It’s something for sure.
