People told me that I am always on vacation. Well, not always, but when possible I try to take a week-long vacation once every three months. I really think that rest and work are partners.  The fast-paced world often tries to steal our rest times, thus we should always take them, instead of waiting for us to have a clear schedule. When we stop; and rest properly, I believe that we are not paying a tax to productivity, in the contrary, it is an investment. I believe that restorative daytime naps, insight-generating long walks at the sunflower parks, vigorous hiking exercise and lengthy vacations aren't interruptions.
