💩- a mean thought my muse has about your muse

Percy wouldn’t say she has a particularly mean thought, as she strives to avoid being negative, but if pressed on the subject she might say Lucius’s ideas of “blood loyalty” made her sad and disappointed that he felt that way. She wouldn’t have actively angry or mean thoughts about him unless he did something particularly heinous to someone she cared about.

Percy doesn’t actively wonder about or notice any particular person’s social status, normally, but people seem to like Ted and respect his opinion and she can respect that. Percy likes most everybody so of course she likes Ted as well. She’d never had a bad experience talking to him and she’s never seen him lose his temper, which isn’t always easy with some of the classmates they have. She does respect Ted as a person and trusts him a bit, she has no reason not to.

"Lucius is one of the best guys in Slytherin, honestly. He probably makes his parents proud with the way that he respects the fact he’s part of the Sacred 28 unlike some people. “Don’t tell him I said any of this but he’s like, EXTREMELY interesting, like, I think he’s probably one of the smartest people I’ve ever met and I never mind when he rambles because I know he’s really just sharing his knowledge with me and upping my IQ by about ten points every conversation. At least. I could talk to him for hours and never get bored. Deep down, I hope we’re proper proper friends one day. I think I could use someone like him around. “Ted Tonks is one of the best people in this castle, truly. People talk about how others are a shining light, you know, the whole cliche shit. But he really is. I don’t know how he does it but he does it. It’s remarkable. Maybe foolish and naive too. I think if there were more people like Ted in the world, we’d be a lot brighter world. There’d be so much more good. I’m not going to lie and tell you I understand it, the whole optimism thing? Because, well, I don’t. We deal with a lot as people of color and muggleborns and he just takes it all so gracefully. He shouldn’t have to but he does, he chooses to. He’s one of the good ones and he deserves the world.”
