The gang had graduated Woodsboro High on June 15th, 2011. Kirby had moved to New York City to attend New York University, along with Charlie and Robbie. She remained in contact with her other friends, and met up with them on some occasions. She had graduated college, and had moved to Los Angelos to pursue her dream of working in the film industry.
It was a few years after college graduation. Kirby was still in contact with her high school friends, and some had moved back to Woodsboro. She was married to Charlie, and was six months pregnant with their first child.
She and Charlie were having dinner with Jill and Trevor. Her hormones and mood swings meant that her and Trevor were bickering more than usual.
