This got long and rambly whoops

Rek! Honestly I think Regoa would end up getting along with him really well? Regoa does any job he can get his hands on, smuggling, bodyguard for hire, bounty hunting (to an extent), working with the rebellion. He has hard lines with slavery that he can’t look past, anything to do with kids, or for the benefit of the Empire. He likes causing shit for the Empire. And he’s not just a dumb brute (but that’s certainly how he acts), he grew up enslaved on Tatooine fighting for the entertainment of other people; he HAD to learn to be smart. (Personal HC that all slaves are very smart individuals, maybe not academically but in other ways)

And he’s very loyal to those who earn his trust. As in, walking into hell to pull you out if you ask for it or not. He hasn’t had that many good things so he determined to keep ‘his’ people alive at least.

He might come to Rek for more difficult things to get, contacts, any good jobs Rek might have passed up.

If Rek wants to rile Regoa up all he has to do is flirt with Xura and he’ll get pretty grumpy. And depending on where they are at; if they’ve just met Rek miiight get threatened, or if they’ve known each other longer Regoa will just be grumpy and keep it to himself. Xura was the one to get him off Tatooine and they are very happily together, so Regoa is a tad overprotective.

Hmmm with the fact of Rek never being the first one to betray people, I really think they could be friends. As a fault Regoa is pretty quick to trust certain people, it’s burned him in the past because he doesn’t see betrayal coming. (On the taking all the loot end of things Regoa is exasperated and mildly PO’d But he understands that needs need to be met. Even if that’s not what Rek is doing…)

EDITS: RIGHT!!! Kids!! If Regoa ever finds out about Reks kid he would try to give all the Dad Advice. He’s got like… 9… (Xura belongs to @ghost-tiddies )
