THE REASON Izuku never gave up on being hero, while it heavily had to do with All Might, it also had to do with KATSUKI. Izuku saw how hard Katsuki worked, how much he pushed himself through homework and training, and admired what he saw. How Katsuki was pushing forward toward his dream of being a HERO with EVERYTHING he had and then some. And it made Izuku want to do the same, it helped Izuku’s eyes stay trained on not only ALL MIGHT’S back, but KATSUKI’S as well! It’s why he stayed up and studied for hours every night to get good grades and to complete his homework. And it’s why, when he was presented the opportunity to seize his dream by All Might, HE HARDLY HESITATED. He took that opportunity by the teeth and ran forward with all his might!
Because Katsuki never gave up -- so why should Izuku?
