Idk what the fuck people are on about with XV3 "not being Xenoverse" because the gameplay seems like a better Xenoverse 2. I'm actually HAPPY they addressed special spamming by making people fucking wait for a cooldown because I remember even 5 years ago when pvp was overrun with people just maxxing out Ki/Stamina to abuse the same few special moves with zero variety.

Anyways I hope this makes people use transformations OTHER THAN SUPER SAIYAN BLUE. The only reason people are mad about transformation timers is because it means they're actually gonna have to think about what transformation is worth it and when, instead of popping one off at the first possible moment and keeping it up the whole match.
